Hailing from Mexico City, Chef Chris Dubost pursued culinary studies both in her native country and in New York City. In 2005, she brought her passion to Puerto Rico, driven by a deep commitment to expressing her artistry through her culinary creations. With over 25 years of experience, Chef Dubost’s journey began in her family kitchen, learning from her mother and grandmother. She later honed her skills in banquet services before fully immersing herself in the restaurant industry.

Her rich experiences have inspired her to create innovative dishes that blend diverse flavors, techniques, and culinary traditions. Chef Dubost masterfully intertwines new tastes with her cultural heritage, using local ingredients to craft dishes that not only captivate the palate but also bring joy and delight to every diner.
